Gerard Cousins (Guitar)

De Welshe gitarist, componist en arrangeur Gerard Cousins presenteert hier het resultaat van een project van ongeveer vijf jaar, dat de bewerking voor gitaar solo van enkele van de beroemdste stukken van Philip Glass omvat. Het hier gepresenteerde "Escape" album bevat bekende stukken als Opening van het legendarische album Glassworks uit 1983, Escape uit de filmmuziek voor "The Hours" van Stephen Daldry, Knee Play 2 uit de opera "Einstein on the Beach", een mijlpaal van het muziektheater in de 20e eeuw, en Truman Sleeps uit de film "The Truman Show", waarvoor Glass in 1998 een Golden Globe ontving.
