Celliste Emmanuelle Bertrand en pianist Pascal Amoyel vieren hun 20-jarig jubileum als duo. Het is dan ook niet verwonderlijk dat zij dit jubileum vieren met werken van Brahms, die hen op deze mooie reis samen steeds heeft begeleid. Zij betoveren luisteraars met de twee zeer romantische cellosonates en een selectie hartstochtelijke liefdesliederen, hier prachtig gepresenteerd in transcripties voor cello en piano.
